PDI and WDI AG have announced their distribution cooperation.
In order to better serve customer demand for quartz crystals, oscillators and filter products in the future and also round off its European sales network for frequency control products, PDI Precision Devices, Inc. now signed a distribution agreement with the frequency specialist distributor WDI AG for Germany, Austria and Switzerland.
The demand for precision timing products is increasing in many industries such as wireless, medical, industrial and automotive,” said Gerd Reinhold, Product Marketing FCP at WDI. “PDI is a highly recognized brand within our industry. For Chris Emmerson, Business Development Manager at PDI, the distribution agreement with WDI is another important milestone in the company’s sales policy. “We want to continuously increase our European market share. The support from a technically experienced distribution partner like WDI – who is in a position to actively support customers in focus segments such as metering, healthcare, security, military, avionic and automotive with design-in – brings us much closer to achieving this goal,” said Chris Emmerson.
